Return for Credit or Exchange

With Dedeco's approval, merchandise in saleable condition may be returned for credit or exchange subject to 20% restocking charge provided the return shipment is prepaid and received within 3 months of shipment date. After 3 months of shipment date Dedeco assumes no responsibility for the merchandise except that agreed to in writing.

Warranty

Dedeco International, Inc. recognizes its responsibility to replace or issue credit for such quantity of products as are proved to be defective. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage direct or consequential arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by an officer of the corporation.
