Conformability - Strong yet flexible bristles conform to the contours, cracks and corners of irregular, curved and complicated shapes as easily as they do flat surfaces. Especially suited for: machined parts, turbine blades, threads & engine parts.

Safe - Eliminates hazards of traditional wire brushes. Safer and more efficient bristles that do not load up from debris, rubber or plastic residues from metal surfaces, eliminating cross contamination.

Convenient - Pre-assembled multi-ply wheel for more efficient operations. Includes reusable flange and telescope adapter.

TS Bristles - Dual-directional thicker, stiffer bristles are designed for enhanced durability and aggressive cleaning. They provide more abrasion for heavier tasks, making them ideal for tougher surfaces. While they may require a bit more manipulation, they effectively tackle flat surfaces and can still reach into contours and crevices, delivering reliable performance on a variety of shapes.

Assembled on flange (1992) for use with 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" and 1" shafts.

Use with flat or cupped washers one-third diameter of the wheel for additional side support.
